Are Eliot Zed shoes true to size?
Eliot Zed shoes are designed to fit true to size for most customers. As fit can vary slightly between styles, we recommend referring to the sizing guidance provided on each individual product page when ordering online to ensure the best fit.
Are Eliot Zed shoes sold outside of the UK?
Eliot Zed shoes are currently available exclusively through our London store and our online boutique. We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs and Tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.
When do new collections arrive?
Our collections are refreshed twice a year. Our Summer Collection typically launches in March, while our Winter Collection is introduced around September. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for the latest updates and new arrivals.
What is your returns policy?
All online orders are refundable upon completed return of the Item in unused condition, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Purchases made in-store are eligible for an exchange or credit note if returned within 14 days of purchase. All credit notes are valid for a full 12 months for the date of the receipt.
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless products are faulty.
Do you have shoes in store that are unavailable online?
No. Our online store mirrors the full range in our London boutique. Every style and size currently in stock is available for purchase both in-store and online, allowing you to shop our complete collection wherever you are.
