Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy (**online purchases only), which means you have 30 days after purchasing/receiving the product, to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for products purchased in store.

Click & Collect:

Uncollected orders after one week and without notification, may be refunded and returned to our stock to ensure efficient inventory management

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

In-Store Purchases
We have a different policy for goods purchased in our physical store. There is a 30 returns policy, however we only offer an exchange or credit note. When products are faulty, we of course provide a full refund upon inspection.

 

Bespoke Orders
Products are tried on in store before ordering, and can be produced especially. This offers the opportunity to order other colours, or different sized left/right shoes. On pick up, these can be tried on to make sure there are no faults. We strictly do not offer refunds or returns of any kind with these special orders, unless product is faulty.
