Shipping policy

EUROPE : We use a Royal Mail track and sign service. The delivery charge is £25 for up to two pairs of shoes or a single pair of boots.

REST OF THE WORLD : We use a Royal Mail track and sign service. The delivery charge is £45 for up to two pairs of shoes or a single pair of boots.

*Any customs/import charges vary from country to country, and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their domestic policy. Charges will be incurred if refusal to pay charges takes place, resulting in items being sent back to us. If your package has been held with customs in your home country, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing. Unfortunately, any delays affected by this are out of Eliot Zed’s control.

**Please note, we do not have a free returns policy. It is up to the customer to arrange return to our flagship store (address below).

Click & Collect 

We offer a Click and Collect option for your shopping convenience. Here's how it works:

1. Place your order online and choose Click and Collect at checkout.
2. We'll process your order and get it ready for pickup at our store.
3. You'll receive a notification to let you know your order is ready for collection.

Please note:

• In some circumstances, ordered items may take up to 7 days to reach the store. If you require anything sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
• We kindly ask that you collect your order within one week of receiving the notification.
• If you anticipate any delays in picking up your order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a suitable collection date.
• Uncollected orders after one week may be refunded and returned to our stock to ensure efficient inventory management.
